I've found that the things that I judge others about often are the things that I don't like about myself. Thoughts?

I have to admit - I judge people that I see pulling into McDonalds' parking lot. However, I frequently indulge my sweet/fatty/bad-for-me-food tooth, so how does that make me different?!

i agree... i find i judge people all too quickly on the exact things i am either ignoring or battling with in my own life/self.
this is good food for thought, but how does it end?
