So, as a best friend of mine you probably know that sometimes I get ahead of myself. I say that, because the only people that really read this site are in fact some of my best friends. I've sat here in silence for about an hour now after Aaron went off to bed. I've been thinking about how I'm going to accomplish the things that I want...and how I can get them done quickly. Here's what I know: I am alive now, there is no promise of being alive in a little bit, and I am worrying about tomorrow. Not to scare you, but about 5 minutes ago I felt really weird...like my body was about to shut down. It was a little strange. However, I know that God could at anytime decide to call me home, which wouldn't be a bad thing..haha.
All that said, I beg you to pray for patience in my life. I'm also struggling with the message from this morning. If I had to tell you which scenario my life resembles right now, I would have to say it is either the 2nd or 3rd one. I've got a few things in my life that I have traded intimacy with Jesus for, and that is pathetic. If you feel led, pray that I am broken as soon as possible.
Just a little bit extra for you: I was reading an article about Len Sweet, and the subject was on the church changing not the gospel. However, it did mention that with the culture being completely different than it was back in the day, we must change in order to reach others. I'm still chewing on it. Sweet said that when you stop changing, you die. The definition of death is when the body refuses to change. Just thought that was insightful.

Good Post. Very nice page. I'll be praying for you man. I freakin' hate that we can't share a neighborhood....just to find a place, have a beer and talk together......all the time. About something, or nothing. One of these days.
